My Story
I believe that everyone is meant to live the happiest, most fulfilled version of themselves. Navigating the world can be a challenge. I want to help you discover the strategies that support your success at home, in school, in friendships, and in your career. I believe in the power of family systems.
I enjoy working with teens, tweens, and young adults. I draw on more than four decades of experience to inform my sessions and utilize both traditional approaches as well as sound and energetic modalities to support my clients. I believe in the power of a Whole-Family Holistic Body-Mind-Spirit approach.
My approach is to learn as much as I can about you and connect you to as many resources, supports and strategies available to support you in your greatest success.
Fun facts about me:
1. I live in an active household with four dogs,
2. I love to watch British Murder Mysteries with my best friend.
3. My favorite dessert is White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake.
